AxFlow offers a wide range of mag drive pumps for the UK, our portfolio of magnetic drive pumps includes plastic models made from polypropylene, PVDF and ETFE along with numerous metallic mag drive pumps available in stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, duplex and super duplex.

AxFlow offers several plastic mag-drive ranges, turbine mag drive pumps, as well as magnetically coupled vane and gear pumps as well as 5 ranges of self-priming mag drive pumps. AxFlow offers ISO 5199 and API 685 and API 676 mag drive pumps. Our pumps can cope with temperatures from under -50 C to 450 oC.

AxFlow's wide mag drive pump portfolio includes plastic magnetically driven pumps API 685 and ISO 2858 mag drive pumps, magnetically driven vane pumps, mag drive turbine pumps and magnetically driven gear pumps.

Magnetic drive centrifugal pumps made from 316 stainless steel for flows up to 27 m3/hr and 20 m heads
Compact, sturdy and simple centrifugal transfer pumps made from 316 stainless steel designed to handle a wide range of acids, solvents, alkalis and refrigerants. Fitted with Samarium Cobalt magnets, SDM pumps can be configured to handle liquids up to 200oC.

High specification regenerative turbine pumps for high heads/low flow applications. Because STM pumps are machined from solid metal, they are offer an extremely wide range of design options and construction materials. Comply to API 685.

ISO 2858 - ISO 5199 mag drive process pumps.

NDM pumps have hydraulically and hydrostatically balance pump chambers and Hastelloy rear housings, Samarium Colbalt magnets and Silicon Carbide bears as standard.  They are available as either a long or close coupled construction.

Mag drive centrifugal, close-coupled pumps with casings entirely built with reinforced thermoplastic polymers, and ceramic oxides, HDcarbon, fluorinated elastomers: which mean any contactof metallic parts with the pumped fluid is avoided. Can pump essentially any chemical at low & medium temperatures with all the bodies in GFRPP

PTM regenerative turbine pumps avoid oversized centrifugals with excessive by-pass and power requirements. Exotic alloy gear pumps designs, often result in rapid corrosion and wear, leading to costly replacements

Robust, high specification mag drive rotary vane pumps designed with a flow path which produces no pulsation. SVM pumps can be configured to a range of different applications and will pump fluids up to 300 Celsius.

Plastic mag drive, self priming pumps for flows up to 2.4 m3/hr and 22 m head.

ELK pumps are self-priming mag drive pumps that use a hybrid centrifugal/turbine impeller and a peripheral channel. This allows the pump to handle liquids with a mixture of air and liquid and self-prime up to 5 metres.

Fully compliant API 685 OH2 pumps flows to 1400 m3/hr and heads of 400 m
A range of single stage overhung process pumps to API 610 (OH2). Thrust is balanced by means of holes and wear rings in the back side of the impeller, residual thrust is absorbed by a double angular contact ball bearing selected for safe operation up to 100,000 hours.

BASIS pumps are single stage, and magnetic driven centrifugalpumps. The range includes 5 models with capacities between 15 and 70 l/min. The volute casing is realised with Polypropylene reinforcedwith fiberglass, by a monolithic injection in themould and with an encapsulated front shaft bearing

ROUTE pumps are available in magnetic driven and mechanical seal versions for pumping a diverse range of chemicals with impurities and suspended solids. A patented system for dry running without damage is available for the magnetic driven “T” version. can also be fitted with a stainless steel casing harness

Self priming, Mag drive turbine pumps in PP and PVDF for flows up to 15 m3/hr and heads of 55m

PTM-SP pumps offer an extremely cost effective alternative to multi-stage pumps and are available with self priming chambers. Being magnetically driven the liquid is contained within a seal-less chamber that cannot leak.
